We are jumping right in to our class routine and the dreaded daily homework assignments. Here is what you may have missed...or perhaps forgot:
Geometry: In class we learned about Points, Lines, and Planes (see pg 6 in your textbook). We practiced making 3D models using these three terms to help us better visualize and learn their properties.
HOMEWORK: Pg 9 #12-45 (multiples of 3)
Algebra II: We did a quick review of the classification of numbers (whole, natural, integer, rational, irrational). Please know what kinds of numbers fit in these categories (see Chapter 1-1 for help). Then we took notes and did practice examples from Ch 1-2 dealing with simplifying expressions through substitution and combining like terms.
HOMEWORK: Pg 15 #1-7 (odd), 11, 17, 21-33 (multiples of 3), 37, 41, 52
